SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before it ships. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your package is on the way.

U.S. SHIPPING

We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Orders of $100 or more ship FREE! No code needed — the discount will apply automatically at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes — we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and any customs/duties are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country, but most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages — but please don’t hesitate to reach out. If anything comes up, email info@loveraegrace.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.
