Refund policy
We truly hope you love everything you receive from Love, Rae Grace, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery/purchase for most items, as long as they’re unworn, unused, with original tags still attached. Most returns will be issued as store credit, but if something arrives damaged or there’s a clear mistake on our end, we’re happy to offer a refund instead.
To start a return, just email info@loveraegrace.com with your order number and a brief note about what’s going on. We’ll walk you through the next steps! If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.).
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-made charm jewelry (unless we made an error)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
• Swimwear and other personal items
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping costs and any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have questions about international shipping, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!
